McCurdy Luxury Travel is a luxury travel advisor in Las Vegas, Nevada, offering highly personalized travel experiences. We work closely with each customer, on a consultative basis to design unique and authentic trips for you, maximizing your most valuable asset-your time! We create and book uniquely taylored itineraries to include flights, accommo- dations, transfers, activities and anything else that will make your trip special.
We charge an initial engagement fee. Given our consultative approach, we invest lots of upfront time with clients to understand how they like to travel and experience the world. Our Trip Design Fee starts at $250 and is determined based on your specific travel planning needs.
We utilize Brownell’s highly collaborative Discover More TM process and apply The Brownell Advantage.
Brownell is a top producer and “preferred” partner with the world’s best cruise lines, hotels and resorts, tour op- erators and destination management companies.
Our contacts are, more often than not, the owners and chief executives of these companies. We are members of virtually every affinity club and preferred partner pro- gram that our clients truly love. This is our commitment to you, it’s about how we treat every customer, the benefits, access, amenities and savings for you. These programs offer our clients rare and exclusive opportunities not available by booking directly, through websites such as Expedia and Travelocity, or through other travel agencies. That is our advantage.
The process begins with an inquiry form and wraps up with a lifetime of priceless memories!
1. DISCOVER
Once you complete our inquiry form, we will connect for your complimentary discover call. This call allows us to get a better understanding of your wish list and vision for your trip along with the ways you like to travel. The more you share with us, the more personalized and exciting we can make the process! Should you decide that we are a good fit for your travel needs, payment of our trip planning fee and a signed client services agreement is required to proceed.
2. DESIGN
After our call and payment of our trip planning fee, we work our magic. We take all the details you shared with us and combine it with our travel expertise and network of preferred partners across the globe to create your best vacation. This is a collaborative approach so we will tweak your itinerary until you think it is just right.
3. BOOK
Once your itinerary is finalized and approved by you, we book and secure all your reservations. All you need to do at this point is keep dreaming about your amazing journey!
4. EXPERIENCE
Finally, it’s bon voyage! Time to relax, reconnect and recharge with the peace of mind of knowing you have us and our on-the-ground partners watching over your travels.

Our clients become family. We love to see your photos and hear how your trip went. Learning what you loved, what you would have done differently and any other feedback you might have is essential to our relationship so we can continue to plan a lifetime of memorable vacations together.
McCurdy Luxury Travel specializes in planning exceptional travel experiences based on our client’s specific interests and travel style. We do this through our industry and destination knowledge, preferred travel partner connections and person- al travel experiences. When you engage our services, there are planning fees. Our planning fee reflects the many hours of work we, along with our travel partners, devote to re- searching and planning your travel experience.
This is a full-service offering, perfectly matched for clients who are seeking a trip itinerary tailored to their specific interests and desires. Many times, these itineraries include multiple cities and more than one country. These highly customized itineraries include private transfers, private tours, luxury hotel accommodations, first class train travel, as well special requests. Fees begin at $250 per trip and vary based on number of people traveling, duration of travel, and number of cities in the itinerary.
For clients interested in river, small ship, or ocean cruises, we will happily find the best cruise itinerary based upon your interests. We will research, refine cruise line selection, offer itinerary recommendations, and handle the cruise booking and reservation management. Fees begin at $250 for up to three itinerary recommendations. There is no fee if you have a specific sailing in mind. An exact quote will be provided after the initial discovery call.
By booking with McCurdy Luxury Travel, many clients take advantage of the travel perks and benefits, such as ship board credits and amenities.
Many clients enjoy traveling with like-minded travelers on thoughtfully curated group tour packages with luxury tour companies such as Abercrombie & Kent or Tauck, my personal favorite. Fees begin at $250 for up to three group tour recommendations. There is no fee if you have a specific itinerary with a tour company selected.
Through our close relationships with tour companies, additional travel amenities are often available.
This offering is an excellent choice for multi-generational travel or a group of friends. We work with a handful of carefully selected luxury villa companies to deliver a luxury villa experience. Because we cannot properly vet or guarantee the quality of AirBnB or VRBO rentals, we do not offer bookings with them. Fees begin at $250 for up to three recommendations.
Are you planning your own trip AND want the benefit of the exclusive perks and amenities we receive from our preferred partners (i.e. daily breakfast, upgrades based upon availability, resort credits and more? We will happily provide you with a Virtuoso hotel booking link. There is no fee for clients who take advantage of our Virtuoso hotel booking option.
We partner with the Brownell Air Desk to provide airline ticket services. The Brownell Air Desk has dedicated air specialists who research and book air for trips booked through McCurdy Luxury Travel. Most importantly, clients receive 24-hour flight monitoring and rerouting assistance in the event of delays, cancellations and missed connections. Regretfully, we do not assist with bookings utilizing miles or points. We are always happy to make sure you receive miles and points for bookings made with us.
For international travel, the fee is $150 per ticket with a $600 maximum per family. Domestic travel is $75 per ticket with a $300 maximum per family. Private jet accommodations can be arranged at no charge.
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment. Travel insur- ance can cover a variety of situations, including medical expenses, lost luggage, trip cancellations, and more. Premiums vary depending on trip length, cost, traveler ages, and coverage level.
