McCurdy Luxury Travel works closely with every client, on a consultative basis, to research or design unique and authentic trips for you. This allows you to maximize your most valuable asset — your time! We do this through our industry and destination knowledge, preferred travel partner connections and personal travel experiences. When you engage our services, there is a fee which reflects the many hours of work we devote to researching and planning your travel experience.
Our trip research and design fee starts at $250 per couple for a week trip and is determined based on your specific travel planning needs. The fee is non-refundable.
This is a full-service offering, perfectly matched for clients who are seeking a trip itinerary tailored to their specific interests and desires. Many times, these itineraries include multiple cities and more than one country. These personalized itineraries include private transfers, private tours, luxury hotel accommodations, first class train travel, as well special requests.
Fees begin at $250 for two travelers for a 7-day itinerary. We work with budgets of $1,000+ per person per day for custom itineraries.
For clients interested in river-, or small ship cruises, we will happily find the best cruise itinerary based upon your interests. We will research, refine cruise line selection, offer itinerary recommendations, and handle the cruise booking and reservation management.
Fees begin at $250 for up to three itinerary recommendations. There is no fee if you have a specific sailing in mind.

Many clients enjoy traveling with like-minded travelers on thoughtfully curated land tour packages with luxury tour companies such as Abercrombie & Kent or Tauck, my personal favorite.
Fees begin at $250 for up to three land tour recommendations. There is no fee if you have a specific itinerary with a preferred tour partner.
Through our close relationships with tour companies, additional travel amenities are often available.
This offering is an excellent choice for multi-generational travel or a group of friends. We work with a handful of carefully selected luxury villa companies to deliver a luxury villa experience. Because we cannot properly vet or guarantee the quality of AirBnB or VRBO rentals, we do not offer bookings with them.
Fees begin at $500 for up to three recommendations.

We partner with the Brownell Air Desk to provide airline ticketing services. The Brownell Air Desk has dedicated air specialists who research and book air for trips booked through McCurdy Luxury Travel. Most importantly, clients receive 24-hour flight monitoring and rerouting assistance in the event of delays, cancellations and missed connections. Regretfully, we do not assist with bookings utilizing miles or points but can refer you to a company through a special booking link.
The fee is $125 per ticket with a $500 maximum per family. Alternatively, you are welcome to book your own flight arrangements.
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment. Travel insurance can cover a variety of situations, including medical expenses, lost luggage, trip cancellations, and more.
The Brownell Insurance Team is available for travel protection consultation. They are insurance professionals and have in-depth knowledge of which travel protection partners offer the best coverage and value based on individual circumstances. The fee is $40 per household for a single quote, $60 per household for a multi-provider or insure as you go quote, and $75 for a group roster.
